Shipping policy

We aim to ship your order within 2–3 working days, Monday–Friday. Please note that any orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following week. 

All orders, both domestic and international, are sent via Australia Post with a tracking number. You should receive this via email once your order has been fulfilled and posted. 

Currently, domestic post takes around 3–5 days, while international orders should take roughly 14–20 working days to reach you. However, please note that this completely depends on your domestic postal service and we recommend checking their website for more accurate shipping times for your country. 

What to do if you don’t receive your order

If you do not receive your order in the estimated time, please contact your local postal service. Sometimes orders can get stuck in customs or may be delayed due to weather in your country. You can also email; hell@shellflowerstore.com and I will do my best to help. Unfortunately, I cannot contact your local postal service on your behalf or speed customs up - even if I wished I could! 

What to do if your order arrives damaged

Here at Shell Flower, every order is packed with care and mailed out in protective envelopes or boxes. However, sometimes packages can be handled roughly in transit and damage can happen. 

If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch via email; hello@shellflowerstore.com within 48 hours of receiving it. Please include a description of the problem and photo evidence. I will do my best to resolve any problems with you and I appreciate your patience and kindness should this happen. 

Customs and Import Charges

Customs and import charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Although I do my best to avoid any extra charges on your orders, this is completely at the discretion of the country of imports customs and is out of my control.
