About Shell Flower

Elle Judge is a creative entrepreneur, stationery designer, and the founder of Shell Flower, a playful stationery and journaling brand.

Her creative path started in the music industry. She left the northeast of England for London at 18, intending to study fashion photography, but landed an internship in PR at Columbia Records instead. Over the next decade she worked across touring, marketing, PR and artist management, working alongside names like the Rolling Stones, Mumford & Sons, Simply Red and Calvin Harris.

Before the pandemic hit she decided to build something of her own. She launched an online lifestyle and interiors store spotlighting women-run brands and exclusive collaborations. 

In 2024, Elle found her old junk journal from age 15. That nostalgic rediscovery became the spark for Shell Flower, a stationery and journaling brand built around trinket-inspired stickers and washi tape. The brand's breakout product, the viral Journal Pouch, sold out a year's supply in just two weeks and has gone on to develop a cult following.

Elle now lives in Sydney and continues to design stickers, washi tape, Sticker Keeper Books, Journal Pouches and accessories for Shell Flower. Drawing aesthetic inspiration from a 90s childhood, her designs blend vibrant retro charm with pop-culture nods and a distinct distinct riot grrrl edge, bringing pocket-sized pieces of joy and whimsy to crafters and journalers around the world.
